Currently serving as a Junior Advisor on International Conferences and Summits at GIZ in Berlin, Raghad plays a key role in organizing high-profile events. She manages communication workflows, liaises with service providers and content teams, and prepares media materials for digital platforms.
Her responsibilities also include editorial support and coordination of event logistics.
Her previous roles include Social Media Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Parliamentary Intern, where she contributed significantly to policy advocacy, content creation, and public engagement. Notably, she supported media efforts around global events such as the Global Refugee Forum and the “Women Leadership in Displacement” conference. In the European Parliament, she worked in the office of MEP Terry Reintke, focusing on human rights and equality issues, while also handling media relations and event organization.
